At Tiny Tots Baby Store we take the safety of the baby care products seriously. Our first priority is the safety of our customers. We always work closely with our manufacturers, suppliers and ACCC to keep the safety of the product information updated.

If you have purchased any of the products listed below and if the purchase was made through us please contact our customer service.

Since our founding, Skip Hop’s operations have been guided by a strong commitment to producing quality products. We recently identified a potential safety issue with the raindrop toy component included in our Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym. While the product meets all quality and safety requirements, based on a small number of incidents, the raindrops on the toy cloud may pose a hazard to children if the raindrops detach from the ribbon.

mamaRoo free strap fastener Update 16 Aug 2022

4moms USA is offering consumers who own a mamaRoo infant swing (models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037) or rockaRoo infant rocker (model number 4M-012) a free strap fastener to upgrade their product and ensure that the product continues to conform to the highest safety standards internationally.

In Australia, we are asking retailers to highlight to consumers that if they have an infant who can crawl DO NOT leave their child unattended with the product, and should stow the product in a safe, inaccessible location until the free strap fastener has been fitted, as a crawling infant could become entangled in the straps, posing a strangulation hazard.
