mamaRoo free strap fastener Update 16 Aug 2022
4moms USA is offering consumers who own a mamaRoo infant swing (models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037) or rockaRoo infant rocker (model number 4M-012) a free strap fastener to upgrade their product and ensure that the product continues to conform to the highest safety standards internationally.
In Australia, we are asking retailers to highlight to consumers that if they have an infant who can crawl DO NOT leave their child unattended with the product, and should stow the product in a safe, inaccessible location until the free strap fastener has been fitted, as a crawling infant could become entangled in the straps, posing a strangulation hazard.

Model # 0191
Manufactured between September 2014 – December 2016
This recall involves the adapters for the UPPAbaby RumbleSeat accessories that were manufactured between September 2014 and December 2016. The adapters snap onto the stroller frame and are used to attach the RumbleSeat to the stroller converting a single stroller into a double in-line stroller.
Consumers who own a RumbleSeat (Model # 0191), manufactured between September 2014 and December 2016, will be provided with a repair kit of replacement RumbleSeat adapters.

Hazard: Children can become injured if the RumbleSeat detaches.
What to do: A repair kit of replacement RumbleSeat Accessory adapters can be ordered online via https://uppababy.typeform.com/to/SIGl4Z. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product.
