You will receive an email with your tracking number within 2-5 business days for standard items, and within 10 business days for furniture. All pre-order items will be shipped as promised. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to help. Contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Please be sure that the products you wish to return or exchange are unused and in their sealed packaging. Any items which have been taken out of their packaging or used cannot be returned or exchanged, but may be eligible for warranty claims with the manufacturer. Thank you for your understanding.

Products
Experience has shown us that one of the most common requests is for clarification on pre-order dates.
These dates are recommended dispatch dates from the supplier or manufacturer, and while we strive for timely deliveries, they may be subject to slight changes beyond our control, up to a maximum of 15 days. In the rare event of a longer delay, we will promptly notify you through email.
Usually it takes 5-10 days to arrive at our warehouse from our
suppliers.

Glide lite folded dimensions are 26 x 46.5 x 64 cm. As cabin luggage allowances vary from airline to airline, we recommend checking with your airline before traveling for their latest cabin luggage dimensions. If your airline doesn't allow these dimensions, you may be able to take your Glide Lite up to the boarding gate and have it checked in by the flight attendants when boarding.
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are in their original packing. However, we do not accept any items that are out of their original packaging.
If you're planning on installing gates around your property, it's important to take accurate measurements of the space beforehand. This will ensure that you purchase gates that fit properly and don't have any gaps. It's also a good idea to measure the space multiple times to double-check your numbers. Once you have the measurements, you can shop around for the right gates for your needs.

Most suppliers like to look after the warranty process themselves and
it is a faster process than we applying on behalf of the customer.
If the customer applies for the warranty themself if it's taking longer
than 5 days for a response we can always look into that for them.

Refunds
