Terms & Conditions of Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

If you would like to return an item because it does not suit your needs or for a change of mind. We can offer you an exchange, Store Credit or Refund on items returned as following terms and conditions are met.

Items need to be returned with original receipt within 30 days of purchase or in warranty period.

Items are unused not set up or opened, in original condition and packaging with all parts present. (This includes giveaways or gifts with purchase)

No gift cards, E-Vouchers, Heavily Discounted, Custom orders or Clearance items can be returned

Due to Health regulations we cannot refund or exchange mattresses, pillows, bedding, soft furnishings etc.

Any item out of box set up or out of original packaging is considered used and as such are not eligible for refunds or return, unless under warranty claims

Refunds are only issued using the original method of payment, for example the card you originally paid with only

For online purchases postage is Non-Refundable. (return postage Cost is also Non-Refundable in case of change of mind)

Warranty claims for items under warranty are required to go directly to manufacturers customer service teams based in Australia. We are able/unable to initiate this process on behalf of our Customers. The final outcome of this process is out of our hands and subject to the manufactures warranty and care conditions.
